Mediterranean grapes: Syrah, Grenache, Mourvèdre (reds), Roussanne, Marsanne, Viognier (whites). Appellations: Languedoc, Terrasses du Larzac. The wines express the diversity of Languedoc terroirs. Available at Les Halles de Quercamps.
La Bergerie du Capucin, appartenant à Guilhem Viau, s’étend sur 15 hectares environ, avec comme cépages Chardonnay, Grenache, Mourvèdre, Syrah, et Viognier. Le domaine doit son nom à une bergerie du même nom, tenue par Jeanne, bergère qui y laissa d’agréables souvenirs pour les locaux.
