A wine born from the stories of the land

  • This is a wine made for sharing at table. Dame Jeanne brings people together with its approachable yet serious character, offering genuine expression of Pic Saint-Loup terroir without pretension.
  • Dark berry fruit and warming spice define the aromatic profile. Blackcurrant and wild herbs emerge on the nose, whilst the palate reveals layers of liquorice and garrigue that speak to the limestone slopes of the appellation.
  • A natural companion to substantial fare. Whether accompanying a rustic cassoulet, grilled lamb, or simply enjoyed during quiet moments, this wine's silky tannins and rounded structure make it enduringly versatile.

M. Francois
Dame Jeanne Rouge exemplifies Guilhem Viau's philosophy: authentic terroir expression without compromise. The Syrah speaks clearly here, its aromatic finesse never sacrificing the wine's inherent richness. What distinguishes this cuvée is its balance—a wine equally at home with a substantial meal or contemplative sipping. A genuine expression of Pic Saint-Loup.
