Shipping and returns

Shipment of your package

Packages are generally dispatched within 2 days after receipt of payment and are shipped via DHL with tracking and drop-off without signature. We will send you a link to track your package online. The standard delivery time is 3 to 15 working days following the processing of your validated order. Every care is taken to ensure your package arrives safely. Your items are carefully packaged and boxes are sized appropriately to protect fragile objects. Shipping costs include preparation, packaging and postage. Preparation costs are fixed, whereas transport costs vary according to the total weight of the parcel. We recommend that you group all your items in one order. We cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them.

Upon receipt of your order

Please check the condition of your package upon delivery. In case of breakage, damage or shortage, please note your reservations on the delivery slip and contact us at contact@hallesdequercamps.com within 48 hours of receipt.

Returns

We want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order for any reason, you may return it within 30 days of receipt.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, unopened, and in their original packaging. Wine that has been opened cannot be returned unless it is faulty or damaged.

To initiate a return, please contact us at contact@hallesdequercamps.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide instructions on how to send the items back.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer, except in cases where the item is faulty, damaged or incorrectly sent, in which case we will cover return shipping costs.

Once we receive and inspect the returned items, we will process your refund within 7 business days to your original payment method.

Right of withdrawal

In addition to our return policy, you have the right to withdraw from your order within 14 days of receipt, without giving any reason. Products must be returned in their original condition (unopened bottles, undamaged caps and labels). Refunds are processed within 14 days of receiving your withdrawal notice. Return shipping costs are at your expense.
