We never list a wine simply because it's popular or well-known. Every bottle that appears in our organic natural section meets our strict criteria:

→    Typicity — it must express its appellation, grape variety, and producer with clarity

→    Value — whether it costs £8 or £800, the price must be fully justified by what's in the bottle

→    Producer integrity — we prioritise vignerons who respect their terroir and work sustainably
