CHÂTEAU HAUT MAILLET
Set across 5 hectares in Catusseau at the heart of the Pomerol appellation, Château Haut Maillet sits in enviable company, surrounded by some of the most celebrated names on Bordeaux's Right Bank. The Estager family — négociants and proprietors with Corrèze roots — have steered this château since 1912, working a terroir of clay-gravel and sandy-gravelly soils planted principally to Merlot and Cabernet Franc, the classic Pomerol blend. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the consistency of its wines, their honest expression of the Pomerol terroir, and the coherence of a family project rooted in the Libournais for well over a century. A reliable address for those who seek Pomerol without pretension.
