Champagne Billecart-Salmon is a Champagne house founded in 1818 in Mareuil-sur-Aÿ. Family-owned and independent for seven generations. Estate vineyards of 40 hectares supplemented by purchases. Grapes: Chardonnay, Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier. Cuvées: Brut Réserve, Rosé (world benchmark), Blanc de Blancs, Cuvée Nicolas François, Clos Saint-Hilaire. Precise, fresh and elegant style.
