Champagne Ayala is a Champagne house founded in 1860 in Aÿ. Owned by Champagne Bollinger since 2005. Estate vineyards of 35 hectares supplemented by purchases. Grapes: Chardonnay (dominant), Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier. Cuvées: Brut Majeur, Rosé Majeur, Blanc de Blancs, Perle d'Ayala. Fresh, precise and elegant style with a high Chardonnay proportion.
