Breeding
Direct pressing, static settling then fermentation with selected yeasts. Ageing on lees over winter followed by light filtration before bottling.
On the eye
A luminous golden hue, pale and inviting.
On the nose
Delicate floral notes lead to white peach aromas, with subtle citrus undertones that suggest the wine's freshness and mineral character.
In the mouth
Elegant and well-balanced on the palate, with good length. White stone fruit flavours transition to pineapple and grapefruit notes, finishing with pleasant acidity.
This wine pairs naturally with seafood and shellfish, particularly oysters and grilled fish. Its acidity and fruit-forward profile also complement lighter poultry dishes and fresh vegetable preparations. Serve chilled as an aperitif or throughout a summer meal.

DOMAINE DE JOY
Domaine de Joy is a wine estate in Panjas (Gers), in the Gascony vineyard (South-West France). Founded in 1928 by the Gessler family. Around 60 hectares of vines. Grapes: Gros Manseng, Petit Manseng, Colombard, Sauvignon Blanc, Tannat, Merlot. Appellations: Côtes de Gascogne, Saint Mont. Sustainably farmed. Dry whites, sweet whites and reds.
