Four generations of family winemaking expertise

  • The Domaine is in conversion to organic viticulture, reflecting a commitment to sustainable and respectful vineyard management that honours the natural expression of the terroir.
  • This moelleux displays appealing roundness and generosity on the palate, with a natural sweetness balanced by crisp acidity that prevents any cloying character.
  • Les Halles de Quercamps sources directly from the producer, allowing us to offer this wine at a fair proprietary price that reflects its genuine quality.

Breeding
Direct pressing, blending of varieties in tank, static settling then fermentation with selected yeasts. Ageing on lees over winter followed by light filtration before bottling.
On the eye
A luminous golden hue, inviting and warm in the glass.
On the nose
The bouquet opens with citrus notes—lemon zest and verbena—offering a fresh, herbaceous character that lifts the wine with elegance.
In the mouth
The palate is ample and generous, with a pleasant freshness that carries flavours of ripe apricot and white grapes, finishing with natural sweetness and good balance.
M. Francois
This wine finds its true expression alongside fresh fruit desserts—particularly those with stone fruits or citrus elements. It would also complement a light almond-based pâtisserie or serve pleasantly as an aperitif on a summer afternoon. The balance between sweetness and acidity makes it versatile at table.
