Product features : Chateau Duhart-Milon – 4eme Cru Classé 2014 — Pauillac

Breeding
18 months in French oak barrels from Domaines cooperage (approximately 50% new wood)
On the eye
Deep garnet robe, bright and limpid, with excellent clarity and depth of colour.
On the nose
A refined and layered bouquet: blackcurrant liqueur, dark berry fruit, with a subtle graphite minerality characteristic of fine Pauillac. The aromatics are restrained and dignified.
In the mouth
Savourously structured with good length and medium-plus weight. Cabernet Sauvignon dominates with characteristic power, yet the palate retains the silken texture typical of the Lafite group's house style. Tannins are well-integrated.
M. Francois
This wine expresses the straightforward elegance of Pauillac terroir. Serve with roasted red meats, game, and classic French preparations such as gigot aux flageolets. The wine will reward patience in the cellar and is equally approachable now for those with a preference for younger claret.
