On the eye
Brilliant garnet with deep ruby core
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of black pepper, graphite and cassis, with subtle cedar undertones. The aromatics are refined and layered, unfolding gradually to reveal hints of violet and dried herbs.
In the mouth
Structured and elegant on the palate, with fine-grained tannins and concentrated dark fruit. The wine displays excellent balance between power and finesse, with a long, persistent finish that speaks to its breeding.
A wine of considerable pedigree that pairs beautifully with prime beef—a thick-cut côte de boeuf or fillet would be ideal companions. The wine's structure and depth also suit rich game preparations and mature cheeses. Decant one hour before service to allow the aromatics to fully express themselves.

CHATEAU LATOUR
Set on the gravelly slopes above the Gironde estuary in Pauillac, Château Latour stands among the five Premiers Grands Crus Classés of the 1855 Classification, its 47-hectare Enclos farmed biodynamically on exceptional argillaceous gravels. Founded in 1331 and acquired by François Pinault in 1993, the château became in 2015 the first Premier Grand Cru Classé to achieve full organic certification. The Cabernet Sauvignon-led blends deliver the depth and ageing potential that have made Pauillac a benchmark for red Bordeaux worldwide. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this château for the rare coherence between its centuries-long history, the rigour of its biodynamic viticulture, and the singular character of its terroir. A cornerstone of any serious Bordeaux cellar.
