Product features : Lenoble Brut Intense Champagne 75cl

In the mouth
Soft attack leading to an ample, intense palate of considerable complexity. Dry finish with persistent fruit character—slightly tart, mineral, and very long.
On the nose
Refined and complex: white stone fruit and citrus notes evolve into riper aromas of mirabelle and redcurrant, with subtle white floral undertones. The bouquet develops with air.
On the eye
Deep golden robe, brilliant and luminous. Dense, persistent mousse with fine effervescence.
M. Francois
I find this Champagne particularly rewarding with charcuterie, aged cheeses, and seafood preparations. The dry character and aromatic depth make it a natural partner for aperitifs and lighter first courses. A wine of genuine substance—one to return to, not merely to celebrate with.
