Elegance and subtle refinement from certified sustainable vineyards

  • This rosé Champagne balances delicate refinement with subtle gourmandise. The blend showcases the finesse of Chardonnay alongside the structure and power of Pinot Noir, creating a wine of considerable complexity and length.
  • The dosage of 3 g/l is restrained, allowing a clean, precise finish without masking the wine's natural character. This measured approach rewards the palate with clarity and definition rather than sweetness.
  • Sourced from the premier cru terroirs of Chouilly and Bisseuil, this Champagne reflects the chalk-rich soils that give these villages their distinctive mineral character and ageing potential.

In the mouth
The palate shows excellent length and considerable aromatic intensity. The wine is structured yet approachable, with the mineral backbone of the terroir supporting ripe fruit and a clean, dry finish.
On the nose
Aromatic and inviting: red berries—particularly raspberry—mingled with delicate floral notes. A touch of brioche emerges as the wine opens, suggesting complexity beneath the initial freshness.
On the eye
Pale rose petal colour with fine, persistent bubbles and excellent clarity.
M. Francois
I recommend this rosé with charcuterie and cheese boards, where its acidity and refinement cut through richness beautifully. It is equally at home with duck breast and figs, or seared salmon with gentle spicing. The wine's restraint and precision make it one of the more food-friendly rosé Champagnes we stock—a genuine all-rounder for the table.

CHAMPAGNE A.R. LENOBLE
