Based in Pouilly-sur-Loire since 1790, Domaine Saget la Perrière spans 360 hectares across the Loire Valley's finest appellations, from the Kimmeridgian clays of Pouilly to the flint soils of Sancerre. Now in its ninth generation, Jean-Louis, Arnaud and Laurent Saget have steered the entire estate to organic certification and HVE, working with Sauvignon Blanc, Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc and Pinot Noir. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its organic commitment at scale, the clarity of its terroir expression, and the consistent quality of its whites across Pouilly and Sancerre.
