Ageing in temperature-controlled stainless steel vat.
On the eye
Pale, luminous gold with subtle green reflections.
On the nose
Open and expressive: yellow orchard fruits, blackcurrant leaf, violet and honeysuckle. Distinctly mineral undertones suggest the limestone-rich terroir.
In the mouth
Supple and well-balanced, with citrus and orchard fruit flavours complemented by a pronounced mineral finish. The acidity is refined rather than aggressive, lending freshness and length.

Appellations: Chablis, Petit Chablis, Chablis Premier Cru, Irancy. Around 35 hectares of vines. Stainless-steel vinification to preserve freshness and minerality.
