Brilliant, pale gold with subtle green reflections
On the nose
Mineral notes predominate, with preserved citrus and white orchard fruits emerging gradually. The aromatics suggest chalk and flint beneath the fruit expression.
In the mouth
Good volume with pronounced mineral tension characteristic of chalk-based soils. The wine carries weight without heaviness, finishing with a clean, dry mineral edge that invites the next sip.
This wine pairs particularly well with noble fish preparations—sole, turbot, or sea bass prepared simply to allow the wine's mineral character to complement rather than compete. Also suited to shellfish and refined vegetable dishes. Serve cool, around 10-12°C.
