On the eye
Deep golden robe, brilliant and luminous. Dense effervescence with a fine, persistent mousse.
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of red fruit—cherry and strawberry—with subtle spice notes and a mineral undertone characteristic of the terroir.
In the mouth
Warm, welcoming attack leading into a complex, intense palate. The structure is well-defined, with good acidity supporting the fruit character through to a lingering, fruited finish.
M. Francois
This Champagne's aromatic richness makes it an excellent partner for charcuterie, soft cheeses, and cured meats. The balance between intensity and finesse allows it to bridge aperitif and food pairing roles with ease. A wine that demonstrates why Blanc de Noir merits serious consideration among Champagne enthusiasts.
