The essence of Saumur-Champigny, expressed with restraint and grace

  • This biodynamic Saumur-Champigny marries traditional Loire winemaking with contemporary viticulture. The magnum format suits formal gatherings and allows the wine to develop gracefully over several years.
  • Domaine Antoine Sanzay's la Paterne reveals the terroir of Saumur-Champigny with subtlety: a wine of structure and refinement rather than extraction, displaying the mineral character typical of the appellation's tuffeau soils.
  • Produced in accordance with biodynamic principles, this 2023 vintage respects both vineyard and cellar traditions. A considered choice for those who value environmental stewardship alongside quality winemaking.

A wine of balance and elegance. Pairs naturally with charcuterie and cured meats, where its acidity and tannin structure complement the salt and richness. Also excellent with roasted poultry and soft cheeses. Drink now through 2030.
