Product features : Château Fombrauge 2023 Saint-Emilion Grand Cru

Breeding
16 to 18 months in French oak barrels (approximately 40-50% new wood)
On the eye
Deep, dark purple robe with violet hues in youth, evolving towards intense ruby as it matures.
On the nose
Exuberant bouquet of ripe dark fruits—blackcurrant preserve, cassis, black cherry—layered with noble oak: vanilla, roasted coffee, chocolate and toasted bread notes.
In the mouth
Spherical, fleshy palate with mature, tightly-woven tannins enveloped by generous substance. A wine of considerable volume and structure, built for cellaring.
M. Francois
This Grand Cru Classé exemplifies modern Saint-Emilion at its most voluptuous, combining technical precision with richness and depth. A natural companion to game birds, particularly wild duck with bitter orange sauce, where its structured tannins and dark fruit character find ideal expression.
