Product features : Château Duhart-Milon 4ème Cru Classé 2023 Pauillac

Breeding
18 months in French oak barrels from Domaines cooperage (approximately 50% new wood)
On the eye
Deep garnet robe, bright and limpid, with excellent clarity.
On the nose
A refined and layered bouquet revealing blackcurrant liqueur, ripe blackberry, and a distinctive graphite minerality characteristic of fine Pauillac. The aromatics develop with measured complexity.
In the mouth
Savoury and persistent on the palate, with good substance and measured power. The Cabernet Sauvignon foundation is evident, yet tempered by the silky texture typical of the Lafite group's elegant house style.
M. Francois
This wine embodies the directness and integrity of Pauillac's terroir. It pairs admirably with charcuterie, roasted red meats, and classic French preparations such as gigot aux flageolets. A wine of pedigree for the discerning table.

CHATEAU DUHART-MILON

Situated on the Carruades plateau in Pauillac, Gironde, Château Duhart-Milon is the sole 4th Grand Cru Classé 1855 of the appellation, across 76 hectares of fine gravels and aeolian sands. Acquired in 1962 by Domaines Barons de Rothschild with a mere 17 hectares, the château has been patiently rebuilt and is today managed by the same team as Lafite, with organic conversion underway since 2021. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this château for the rigour of its Cabernet Sauvignon and Merlot plantings, the consistency of its parcel-by-parcel approach, and the aromatic precision of its Pauillac reds. A classical reference for serious Bordeaux collectors.
