Breeding
This tawny is a blend of red wines from different harvests with an average age of 10 years. Its body and richness of flavours transport us to its production location, Quinta de Ervamoira.
On the eye
Burnished amber-red with subtle greenish tinges, characteristic of a well-aged tawny.
On the nose
Generous, rounded bouquet revealing dried orange, apricot and prune, with secondary notes of vanilla and aged Porto complexity. A refined fruited tawny expression.
In the mouth
Fresh fruit character persists on the palate, supported by fine structure and excellent balance between fruit intensity and alcohol warmth. Concludes with a delicate, refreshing finish.
M. Francois
Ideal with warm salads of whelks, tomato and onion, or desserts built on dried fruits, orange zest and egg-based preparations. The wine's acidity and fruit-forward character complement these dishes with elegance, making it a versatile choice for the table.
