- Owned by the Daurat-Fort family since 1834, Chateau de Nouvelles carries five centuries of winemaking heritage. The château itself takes its name from Jacques Fournier de Novelli, who became Pope Benedict XII—a testament to the region's historical significance and the estate's enduring prestige.
- This cuvée expresses the distinctive terroir of Fitou with precision and balance. The old vines concentrate flavour whilst maintaining the elegance characteristic of this underrated southern French appellation, delivering a wine of genuine complexity.
