In the mouth

On the eye
Brilliant ruby red with good depth of colour
A food-friendly Loire red that shines alongside charcuterie and cured meats, where its freshness and savoury undertones find their natural expression. Also excellent with roasted poultry and lighter meat dishes. Best served at 14–15°C to appreciate its full aromatic range.
