In the mouth
Rich and well-structured on the palate with a generous mid-palate. The wine displays good concentration whilst maintaining the freshness characteristic of the vintage.
On the nose
Intense bouquet of white stone fruits with spice notes—star anise and mint—underscored by a subtle vanilla undertone. The aromatics are both complex and inviting.
On the eye
Bright pale yellow with greenish glints. Clear, luminous appearance.
Breeding
100% aged in oak barrels of which 15% new oak, then for 3 months in stainless steel tank
An ideal accompaniment to fish in light sauces and delicate seafood preparations. The wine's acidity also makes it particularly suited to salads featuring tart red fruits. A versatile white for the table.
