Where terroir and craftsmanship unite

  • This white from the Méditerranée region offers genuine pleasure without pretension. The balance between freshness and structure makes it an excellent companion to the table, whether enjoyed as an aperitif or paired with lighter courses.
  • Particularly suited to poultry dishes, especially those prepared in the Provençal manner. The wine's subtle aromatics complement delicate white meats and herb-based preparations with natural affinity.
  • A natural choice for Mediterranean cuisine. The wine's character aligns perfectly with the flavours of southern France—fresh herbs, citrus notes, and the brightness that defines this terroir.

In the mouth
The palate is round and refreshing, with good balance between acidity and body. The wine finishes cleanly, leaving a pleasant impression of citrus and herbs without heaviness.
On the nose
The bouquet reveals fennel and citrus notes, with subtle mineral undertones characteristic of the Mediterranean coastline. These aromatics open gradually, inviting further exploration.
On the eye
Golden hue with pale green reflections, suggesting freshness and youth
Breeding
Meticulously vinified to preserve aromatic integrity and structure, ageing on fine lees.
M. Francois
An ideal aperitif wine, particularly when accompanied by seafood tapas or light shellfish preparations. The freshness and aromatic profile make it equally suitable for casual gatherings or more formal occasions where a dry white of character is required. A genuine expression of its Mediterranean origin.

CHATEAU ROUBINE

Set in Lorgues, in the Var, Château Roubine farms 72 hectares of Côtes de Provence on clay-limestone soils, cultivated entirely in Demeter-certified biodynamics. The estate's history stretches back to the fourteenth century — first as a Templar holding, then under the Order of Saint John of Jerusalem — before Valérie Rousselle took ownership in 1994 and began a methodical conversion to organic and biodynamic farming, earning both AB and Demeter certification in 2017. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the rigour of its biodynamic approach, the breadth of its encépagement — Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Rolle, Tibouren, Cinsault — and the precision it brings to all three colours. A serious address for those who seek Provence at its most demanding.
