Breeding
Ageing: 18 months in new oak barrels (60%), second-use barrels (30%) and amphorae (10%).
This wine pairs naturally with charcuterie and red meat preparations. It is particularly suited to braised dishes and slow-cooked meats—beef daube, braserade, or game birds such as quail with grapes—where its structure and fruit intensity complement the depth of flavour.
