This cuvée is aged 18 to 24 months in new oak barrels
M. Francois
Bellefont-Belcier pairs well with grilled entrecôte à la bordelaise, braised meats and game dishes. Its structure and acidity make it particularly suited to richer preparations. Best enjoyed at 16–17°C, decanted thirty minutes before service.
