Breeding
Extended maceration (5 weeks) with gentle extraction by punch-down, élevage in barrel for 32 to 36 months in oak, then one year in tank.

Deep garnet robe with excellent intensity and clarity

Expressive bouquet of dark berries with gentle spice notes—cinnamon and liquorice predominate. The aromatics develop with aeration, revealing deeper mineral undertones characteristic of the appellation.
In the mouth
Soft entry with well-integrated tannins. Dark fruit flavours meld with warm spice, leading to a structured, characterful finish that lingers with pleasant persistence and balance.
