Breeding
Aged in first and second fill oak for 18 months, then 6 months in stainless steel
On the eye
Deep ruby robe with garnet highlights. Limpid and well-defined.
On the nose
Black pepper and tapenade of black olives, with fresh thyme and subtle mineral notes. Aromatic complexity that develops with aeration.
In the mouth
Intense and generous on the palate, with layered tannins and savoury depth. The finish is complex and persistent, revealing further nuance with time.
A wine of substance for the table. Pair with duck breast prepared with wild berries, or a herb-scented lamb shoulder. The wine's structure and acidity make it equally suited to Provençal-style preparations and Mediterranean cuisine more broadly.
