M. Francois
Bellefont-Belcier pairs naturally with grilled entrecôte à la bordelaise, braised game, and meat-based sauces. The wine's structure makes it equally suited to venison, duck confit, and mature cheeses. Best appreciated at 16–17°C after decanting thirty minutes before service.
