Breeding
In French oak barrels
On the eye
Intense golden hue with brilliant clarity and subtle amber reflections.
On the nose
Orchard fruits—apricot and peach—mingle with delicate exotic florals. The bouquet is refined and layered, inviting further exploration.
In the mouth
Apricot and stone fruit dominate, supported by a plush, elegant texture. The palate remains supple and well-balanced, finishing with citrus notes—grapefruit particularly—that lift and refresh.
M. Francois
This is a wine that rewards patience. Whilst approachable now, it will develop considerable complexity over the next five to ten years. Cellaring will deepen the honeyed notes and soften the botrytis character further. A worthy investment for those with a cool, dark space and time to wait.
