The hallmark of a Grand Cru at the heart of Saint-Émilion

  • This wine displays a supple character with refined, enrobed tannins that evolve gracefully on the palate. The structure is elegant rather than imposing, reflecting the terroir's natural balance.
  • Captivating aromas of dark cherry, plum and violet unfold with subtle oak notes. The bouquet is inviting and complex, revealing layers of fruit and spice with each swirl of the glass.
  • Maturation in French oak barrels has imparted remarkable depth and richness whilst preserving the finesse and elegance characteristic of the appellation's finest expressions. A wine of considerable breeding.

M. Francois
Dragon de Quintus pairs admirably with charcuterie and red meat preparations. It is particularly suited to braised dishes such as beef daube, braserade, or quail with grapes. The wine's structure and tannin profile complement rich sauces without overwhelming delicate flavours. Serve at 16–18°C.
