In the mouth
Remarkable fullness on the palate with supple, well-integrated tannins of unexpected roundness. Long, elegant finish with delicate vanilla undertones. A wine of genuine charm where power and refinement coexist.
On the nose
Refined bouquet dominated by dark berry fruits—blueberry and blackberry—with subtle spice notes that emerge as the wine opens. Aromatic complexity develops gradually.
On the eye
Deep, intense ruby-red with excellent colour saturation.
Breeding
Aged in large oak vats and wooden casks for 24 months.
Excellent with charcuterie and terroir specialities, steak tartare, roasted beef, lamb cutlets, grilled duck breast, guinea fowl, and wild mushroom omelettes. Also complements game and sheep's milk cheeses.
