Product features : Chateau Branaire-Ducru - 4eme Cru Classé 2018 — Saint-Julien

In the mouth
Rich and savoury on the palate, with ripe tannins and good weight. The finish is clean and persistent, with a pleasant mineral undertone characteristic of the terroir.
On the nose
Expressive bouquet of dark fruits with secondary notes of cedarwood and graphite, revealing the wine's Cabernet-led composition and careful élevage in oak.
On the eye
Deep garnet robe with good intensity and clarity
M. Francois
A wine of classical Saint-Julien elegance that pairs beautifully with lamb dishes, particularly those with earthy accompaniments. The 2018 would complement a traditional navarin of lamb with turnips exceptionally well, where its savoury structure and refined tannins enhance the dish's richness without overwhelming it.
