Product features : Chateau Branaire-Ducru - 4eme Cru Classé 2014 — Saint-Julien

In the mouth
Rich and savoury on the palate, with fine-grained tannins and a well-integrated structure. The wine displays good length and a persistent finish, with layers of dark fruit and mineral character.
On the nose
The bouquet is expressive and fruit-forward, revealing blackcurrant and plum with subtle notes of cedar and graphite that emerge as the wine opens, characteristic of mature Left Bank Bordeaux.
On the eye
Deep garnet robe with excellent colour intensity
M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with classic French cuisine, particularly lamb preparations such as navarin. The wine's structure and depth complement the richness of the dish, whilst its acidity provides balance. Equally suited to roasted game and mature hard cheeses.
