M. Francois
Delavenne's commitment to unoaked fermentation shines through in this Grand Cru expression. The absence of malolactic conversion allows the terroir character of Champagne's chalk soils to speak clearly. A wine of considerable finesse, suited to aperitif service or alongside seafood and lighter poultry dishes. Cellaring potential: 8–12 years.
