A defining expression of Roussillon's finest terroir

  • Vines of considerable age—some reaching 90 years—contribute depth and mineral complexity to this cuvée, lending a distinctive character shaped by decades of root development in the Catalan soil.
  • Intense fruit expression defines the palate, with layered red and dark berry notes complemented by subtle spice and garrigue, creating a wine of considerable aromatic presence.
  • The wine achieves an admirable balance between acidity and structure, with silky tannins that provide definition without heaviness, culminating in a lingering, savoury finish.

M. Francois
This wine pairs beautifully with spiced beef dishes, particularly a well-seasoned côte de boeuf. Its structure and fruit intensity complement rich meat preparations, whilst the acidity provides balance. Also suited to game and Mediterranean cuisine with herb-based preparations.
