  • Chateau Reynon benefits from the collective expertise of its sister properties—Clos Floridene, Doisy-Daëne, and Haura—each contributing refined winemaking knowledge to the blend.

Breeding
Aged in barrels for approximately 12 months
On the eye
Deep ruby robe, dark and lustrous, with an inviting intensity that speaks to the wine's substance.
On the nose
Aromas of red and dark berries emerge first, followed by subtle spice and gentle wood influence. The bouquet is restrained and elegant, revealing itself gradually.
In the mouth
Supple and velvety on the palate. The Merlot provides immediate fleshy richness, whilst the supporting Cabernet varieties contribute structure and length without heaviness.
M. Francois
This is a wine of genuine compatibility with the cheeses of the region—particularly the aged varieties. Its acidity and tannin structure cut through richness beautifully, making it an ideal companion to a well-composed cheese course. A thoughtful choice for the table.

CHATEAU REYNON

Spread across 33 hectares at Béguey in the Gironde, Château Reynon produces red, white, and rosé wines under the Bordeaux appellation, from deep graves soils over clay subsoils on south-facing slopes. Taken over in 1976 by Denis Dubourdieu, oenologist at the University of Bordeaux, the château continues a viticultural tradition dating to the fifteenth century, now carried forward under HVE certification. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this château for the precision of its blends, the character of its Sauvignon Blanc and Sémillon whites, and the consistency of a winemaking approach rooted in the varied soils of Béguey. A dependable Bordeaux château, shaped by the rigour the Dubourdieu name stands for.
