Product features : Chateau la Couspaude - Saint-Emilion Grand Cru Classé 2017

In the mouth
Generous and mouth-filling, with good weight and a satisfying finish. The wine displays balance between fruit richness and structure, with sufficient length to reward contemplation.
On the nose
Ripe dark fruit aromas are complemented by pleasant toasted notes and subtle spice, creating an inviting and complex bouquet that evolves in the glass.
On the eye
Vivid, intense ruby colour with good depth and clarity.
Breeding
18 to 20 months in new French oak barrels
M. Francois
The wine's generous body and toasted character make it a natural companion to classic Bordelaise preparations, particularly lamproie à la Bordelaise, where its richness and subtle oak integration enhance the dish's distinctive sauce. A wine that rewards proper decanting and benefits from time in the glass.
