In the mouth
Elegant and refined, with admirable precision and length. The palate presents a harmonious balance between richness and acidity, with a sustained finish that speaks to the wine's breeding and careful élevage.
On the nose
Floral notes of white flowers, preserved stone fruits, and quince. The bouquet unfolds with restraint, revealing mineral undertones characteristic of the Brand terroir.
On the eye
Brilliant, pale golden with subtle green reflections
Breeding
Aged in barrels
M. Francois
A wine of considerable merit alongside Creole preparations with preserved fruits, Moroccan-influenced dishes such as veal tagine with almonds, and fish preparations including salmon and monkfish in sauce. The wine's mineral character and acidity provide an excellent counterpoint to spiced and complex flavour profiles.

DOMAINE ALBERT BOXLER

Based in Niedermorschwihr in the Haut-Rhin, Domaine Albert Boxler farms 14 hectares of steep granite hillsides under the Alsace appellation, with yields deliberately held to 30–35 hl/ha. The Boxler family has been rooted in this village since 1672; Albert Boxler made the estate's first domaine-bottling in 1946, a standard his grandson Jean has upheld since taking the helm in 1996. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this estate for the precision, tension and mineral drive of its whites — Riesling above all — drawn from lean granitic soils that give the wines a clarity and backbone rarely matched in Alsace. A discreet but thoroughly reliable address for lovers of great dry whites.
