New French Red Wine Arrivals — What's Just Landed
At Halles de Quercamps, our selection is never static. We work year-round with our network of French vignerons — built over 50 years of direct relationships — to bring you the most exciting new bottles as soon as they're available.
Why Buy New Arrivals?
Buying newly listed wines offers several advantages:
→ First access to new vintages — be among the first to taste the latest releases from your favourite domaines
→ Discover new producers — our team is constantly sourcing from emerging vignerons who rarely appear on the wider market
→ Limited quantities — new arrivals often sell quickly, especially allocated wines and small-production cuvées
→ Fresh perspectives — new vintages can surprise even the most seasoned collector
What to Expect in Our New Arrivals
Our new listings span the full breadth of French red wine regions:
Bordeaux — new vintage releases from classified and petits châteaux across the Médoc, Saint-Émilion, and Pomerol. We receive allocations from several prestigious estates that are not available through conventional retail channels.
Burgundy — newly bottled Pinot Noirs from the Côte de Nuits and Côte de Beaune, including village, Premier Cru, and Grand Cru releases. Burgundy quantities are always limited — new arrivals sell fast.
Rhône Valley — new vintages from both the Northern Rhône (Syrah from Crozes-Hermitage, Saint-Joseph, Cornas) and Southern Rhône (Grenache-based blends from Châteauneuf-du-Pape, Gigondas, Vacqueyras).
Loire Valley — Cabernet Franc from Chinon, Bourgueil, and Saumur-Champigny. Often underrated and outstanding value.
Languedoc & Southern France — the most exciting source of new discoveries, with bold, characterful reds at exceptional prices. We regularly add new producers from the Corbières, Minervois, Pic Saint-Loup, and beyond.
How We Select New Arrivals
Every wine that appears on our new arrivals list has been tasted and approved by our team. We visit producers, attend tastings, and work directly with vignerons to ensure only the best bottles make the cut.
Our selection criteria:
→ Typicity — the wine must express its appellation and grape variety with clarity
→ Quality-to-price ratio — whether it's an £8 Languedoc rouge or a £200 Grand Cru, the price must be justified
→ Producer integrity — we prioritise vignerons who respect their terroir and work sustainably
→ Availability — we only list wines we can supply reliably
