A century of roots in Côtes de Provence
Marcel Ott assembled three properties, each with a distinct personality: Château de Selle at Taradeau, Clos Mireille at La Londe-les-Maures, and Château Romassan at Le Castellet — 230 hectares in total within the Côtes de Provence appellation. In 2004, the estate joined the Roederer Collection, bringing additional resources and a shared culture of precision without diluting its Provençal identity. Jean-François Ott continues to lead, keeping the character of each property at the heart of every decision.
Three terroirs, three distinct expressions
At Château de Selle, gypsum, red clay, and sandstone produce structured rosés and reds. At Clos Mireille, coastal schist and quartz lend the Sémillon and Rolle whites a mineral tension and saline freshness rare in the region. At Château Romassan, marl and limestone on south- and east-facing hillside slopes bring a cooler, more restrained character.
Grape varieties span the full Provence palette: Grenache, Cinsault, Syrah, Mourvèdre, and Cabernet Sauvignon for reds and rosés; Sémillon and Rolle for whites. Hillside exposures favour slow ripening and preserve the freshness that defines the Domaines Ott style.
Organic certification from the 2022 vintage

The wines: rosé, white, and red across three estates
- Rosé (Côtes de Provence) — Pale, precise, built for the table. Grenache, Cinsault, and Syrah form the backbone, each property contributing its own textural register.
- White (Côtes de Provence) — Principally from Clos Mireille: Sémillon and Rolle on schist and quartz, with genuine mineral depth and coastal freshness. Among the most characterful whites in the appellation.
