Spread across three properties in Côtes de Provence — Château de Selle at Taradeau, Clos Mireille at La Londe-les-Maures, and Château Romassan at Le Castellet — Domaines Ott cultivates 230 hectares across contrasting soils, from coastal schist and quartz to inland marl and limestone. Founded in 1896 by Alsatian agronomist Marcel Ott, the estate joined the Roederer Collection in 2004 and is led today by Jean-François Ott. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this estate for the coherence of its three terroirs, the precision of its élevage across all colours, and its organic certification from the 2022 vintage — a reliable reference for Provence in its full geological diversity.
