Château Berliquet is one of them — a name that appears in the viticultural record of the commune long before the modern classification system took shape. In 2017, the château entered a new chapter when it was acquired by Maison Chanel, controlled by the Wertheimer brothers. The 9 hectares of Château Berliquet span three distinct soil types, each contributing to the complexity of the wines.
