CHAMPAGNE & SPARKLING WINE | CREMANT | CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE BLANC | CREMANT DE BOURGOGNE BLANC
Bottle of : 0.75L

Powerful Burgundy Crémant from 430 passionate growers

  • A characterful Crémant with genuine depth and structure. The Pinot Noir base delivers a fuller body and riper fruit profile than many lighter sparkling wines, making it distinctly food-friendly.
  • Versatile at table: equally at home as an aperitif or paired with desserts, particularly those with chocolate or red fruit elements. Its power distinguishes it from more delicate alternatives.
  • This is a Crémant of substance—full-bodied and profound rather than merely elegant. The style reflects the collective expertise of Bailly Lapierre's 430-member grower cooperative.

Product features : Bailly Lapierre Crémant Pinot Noir Brut 75cl

In the mouth
Powerful and deep, with good acidity balancing the fruit weight. The palate shows red apple, pear, and a mineral finish characteristic of Burgundy terroir.
On the nose
Ripe stone fruit and orchard fruit aromas, with subtle white floral notes and a hint of brioche from the traditional method élevage.
On the eye
Pale golden yellow with a fine, persistent mousse.
M. Francois
I find this Crémant particularly rewarding with chocolate-based desserts—the Pinot Noir's natural weight and slight red fruit undertones complement dark chocolate without overwhelming it. It's equally fine as a serious aperitif. The cooperative's scale ensures consistency across vintages, which I value in a house wine of this calibre.
