On the eye
Pale golden hue with silvery highlights. Fine, persistent bubbles rise steadily through the glass.
On the nose
Expressive bouquet: white flowers and stone fruit lead, with a subtle hazelnut note and hints of brioche on the finish.

Bailly Lapierre is a cooperative winery founded in 1972 in Saint-Bris-le-Vineux (Yonne, Burgundy). Specialising in Crémant de Bourgogne. The cellars are housed in former underground limestone quarries (stone quarrying since the 12th century). Grapes: Pinot Noir, Chardonnay, Aligoté. Range: Brut, Rosé, Blanc de Blancs, Vive-la-Joie (prestige cuvée). Traditional method.
