Product features : Domaine Faiveley - Echezeaux En Orveaux 2017 — Échezeaux

In the mouth
Round and fruit-forward on the palate, with silky tannins that integrate seamlessly. A persistent aromatic finish demonstrates the wine's breeding and the quality of fruit at harvest.
On the nose
The bouquet unfolds with red and dark fruit notes, complemented by subtle empyreumatic undertones that suggest careful oak élevage. The aromatic profile is refined and layered.
On the eye
An attractive ruby hue, bright and inviting
Breeding
Aged in French oak barrels for 16 to 18 months.
M. Francois
This Échezeaux will prove an excellent companion to beef dishes of substance: a tournedos with Roquefort sauce, a fine côte de boeuf, or game such as wild boar. The wine's structure and tannin profile complement rich, savoury preparations particularly well.
