Product features : De Venoge Princes Blanc de Blancs Champagne 75cl Carafe

Breeding
A minimum of 48 months on lees (against the legal minimum of 15 months), which refines the bubble and adds complexity to the aromas
On the eye
Pale gold with subtle green glints, animated by fine, creamy bubbles of persistent mousse.
On the nose
White flowers and citrus lead the bouquet, underpinned by a distinctive minerality that speaks clearly of chalk terroir. The nose is both delicate and precise.
In the mouth
The attack is crisp and bright. White fruit and floral notes develop on the palate, joined by hints of preserved peach—the signature of mature Chardonnay. The finish is clean and lingering.
M. Francois
The Princes cuvée, created in 1864 by Joseph De Venoge as a tribute to the House of Orange, remains a benchmark of classical Champagne elegance. Its distinctive carafe—inspired by the crystal decanters favoured by European aristocracy in the early twentieth century—reflects a philosophy of refinement that endures. This is Champagne as a collector's piece and a gentleman's pleasure.

CHAMPAGNE DE VENOGE

Established at 33 avenue de Champagne in Épernay, Champagne de Venoge is one of the appellation's most enduring Houses, working chalk-soil terroirs across the Marne. Founded in 1837 by Swiss négociant Henri-Marc de Venoge at Mareuil-sur-Aÿ, the House has built its identity on the mastery of all three Champagne varieties — Pinot Noir, Pinot Meunier and Chardonnay — in a style that balances structure with finesse, now carried forward under the Lanson-BCC group. At Halles Quercamps, we have selected this House for the consistency of its cuvées, the depth of its history, and its assured positioning within one of the world's most demanding appellations. Nearly two centuries of Champagne-making, and the signature remains entirely its own.
