Domaine Pascal Jolivet is a wine estate and merchant in the Sancerre and Pouilly-Fumé appellations (Loire Valley). Founded in 1987 by Pascal Jolivet. Estate vineyards of around 30 hectares. Grapes: Sauvignon Blanc (whites) and Pinot Noir (reds). Organically farmed. Cuvées: Le Chêne Marchand, Terre de Silex. Wines of great minerality and fine freshness.
