In the mouth
Fruit-forward and refreshing, with good acidity that carries the palate. White peach and citrus dominate, supported by subtle spice and a clean, dry finish. Elegant structure for a multi-varietal blend.
On the nose
Distinctly aromatic, with prominent notes of exotic stone fruits—lychee and passion fruit—alongside white flowers and a whisper of minerality. The bouquet is generous without being heavy.
On the eye
Bright, luminous pale gold. Clear and inviting in the glass.
This is a wine I return to often. A Minima Blanc rewards the table—serve it lightly chilled alongside a summer salad, charcuterie, or simply on its own. The biodynamic farming shows in its vibrancy; there's life in the glass. A genuine expression of Alsatian tradition, without pretension.

DOMAINE TRAPET
Based in Gevrey-Chambertin at the heart of the Côte de Nuits, Domaine Trapet cultivates 15 hectares across Burgundy's most celebrated terroirs, including a parcel of Chambertin Grand Cru acquired in 1919. Founded in 1870 by Louis Trapet, the estate has remained in family hands for over 150 years. Jean-Louis and Andrée Trapet converted the entire vineyard to biodynamic farming in 1995 — today certified Demeter. The clay-limestone soils and well-drained calcareous slopes of Gevrey find their fullest expression through this rigorous approach. At Halles Quercamps, we selected this estate for the integrity of its biodynamic commitment across five generations and the precision with which its Pinot Noirs articulate the great terroirs of the Côte de Nuits.
